Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, all transactions are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle (paddle.com). To ensure full compliance with Paddle’s onboarding, review frameworks, and operational terms, our refund policy strictly aligns with Paddle’s Global Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Unless required by applicable local law, all transactions are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There are no vendor-specific qualifiers, conditional matrices (such as whether support was provided or if the key was activated), or subjective exceptions to this rule. All custom qualifiers previously listed have been completely removed to fully match Paddle’s standards.
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a formal request is submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. Submission of a request within this 14-day window does not guarantee approval. All refund claims are reviewed directly by Paddle on a case-by-case basis, factoring in product delivery, usage history, and account compliance.
This policy does not affect mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights guaranteed to consumers under applicable local jurisdiction frameworks (such as the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for consumers inside the European Union, UK, or EEA, or unconditional cancellation windows in Canada).
For billing questions, subscription cancellations, or eligible statutory refund inquiries, please contact Paddle’s Buyer Support team directly via paddle.net or through the contact links provided in your transaction confirmation email receipt.
