Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Huge Addons for Elementor, a product of ThemeHuge (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, plugins, templates, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) available at https://hugeaddons.com.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services and may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and HugeAddons. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

HugeAddons provides the following:

All Pro features require a valid, active license key. The free version is governed by the GPLv2 license as distributed on WordPress.org; these Terms additionally govern any interaction with our website, Pro plugin purchases, and account usage.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To purchase or access the Pro version, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. HugeAddons will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, HugeAddons grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and activate the Pro plugin on the number of websites specified in your purchased license plan
  • Use the plugin solely for your own websites or websites you manage on behalf of clients
  • Receive updates and support for the duration of your active license period

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Pro plugin or license key with third parties
  • Use the plugin on more websites than permitted by your license tier
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of protected components
  • Use the plugin for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose

License keys are issued per purchase and are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing by HugeAddons. A single-site license permits activation on one (1) production website and one (1) staging/development environment.

5. Payments, Billing, and Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments for the Pro version are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Paddle processes your payment, and their terms of service and privacy policy apply to the transaction
  • Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT and GST) on your behalf
  • Your invoice and billing communications will come from Paddle
  • Any payment disputes or chargebacks must be initiated through Paddle’s processes

HugeAddons currently accepts payments via all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods supported by Paddle. Pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and is subject to change without prior notice. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

6. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations

Certain license plans may be offered as annual subscriptions that renew automatically. Unless you cancel before the renewal date:

  • Your license will automatically renew for the same period at the then-current renewal price
  • The payment method on file with Paddle will be charged automatically
  • You will receive a renewal reminder email before the charge is processed

To cancel auto-renewal, log in to your HugeAddons account or contact our support team at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a prorated refund of the current period unless the cancellation falls within the 14-day refund window described in Section 7.

Lifetime license plans have no recurring fees and do not renew.

7. Refund Policy — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

Refunds will be issued if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Promised support was not provided
  • The product has not been downloaded or activated (refunds may still be considered even if activated, within the 14-day window, at our discretion)
  • A verified security vulnerability is found in the product

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is submitted after 14 days from the purchase date — no exceptions
  • You no longer want the product after the 14 days
  • You purchased the wrong product or plan by mistake (please verify your order before completing purchase)
  • You lack the technical knowledge to use the plugin (we offer free support — please contact us first)
  • The plugin does not meet personal preferences that were clearly demonstrable in our free demos
  • You request a refund without providing a valid reason or sufficient detail after the no-questions window

To request a refund, please submit a support ticket at https://hugeaddons.com/support-ticket/ with your order number and the email address used for purchase. Paddle processes approved refunds and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product). By receiving a refund, you agree to immediately cease using the product and deactivate all license keys.

8. Promotional Offers, Coupons, and Discounts

HugeAddons may, from time to time, offer promotional pricing, coupon codes, or limited-time discounts (“Promotions”). The following terms apply to all Promotions:

  • Promotions are valid only for the specified period and product(s) stated in the offer
  • Coupon codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be applied retroactively after purchase
  • Only one coupon code or discount may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other active discounts, special pricing, or existing subscription rates unless explicitly stated
  • Promotions do not apply to renewals unless the offer expressly states renewal discounts
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice
  • Promotional pricing is not valid for resellers, agency bulk purchases, or redistribution unless a specific agreement exists
  • Fraudulent use of coupon codes, including but not limited to sharing codes intended for a specific user, may result in order cancellation and account suspension

Promotional discounts do not affect the standard 14-day refund window. Refunds for orders purchased at a discounted price will be for the amount actually paid, not the original list price.

9. Software Updates and Support

Active license holders are entitled to:

  • All plugin updates released during the active license period, including feature updates, bug fixes, and security patches
  • Access to our support system via https://hugeaddons.com/support-ticket/ for technical issues related to the plugin
  • Access to documentation at https://hugeaddons.com/doc/

Support is provided in English and covers issues directly related to plugin functionality. We do not provide support for third-party theme conflicts, custom development, or general WordPress usage. Support response times may vary; we aim to respond within 24–72 business hours.

Updates and support are NOT available for expired licenses. To continue receiving updates and support after your license expires, you must renew your subscription. HugeAddons does not guarantee backward compatibility with older versions of WordPress or Elementor beyond what is documented in our system requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content associated with HugeAddons, including but not limited to the plugin code, templates, designs, logos, graphics, documentation, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of HugeAddons or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. You are granted only the limited license described in Section 4. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The free version of Huge Addons for Elementor is released under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) as required for WordPress.org distribution. Pro-only components may include proprietary code that is not covered by GPLv2 to the extent permissible by law.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://hugeaddons.com/privacy-policy/. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

When you purchase the Pro version, we collect and store your name, email address, website URL(s), and license key information for product activation, update delivery, and customer support. This data is never sold to third parties.

Payment data (card numbers, billing details) is handled exclusively by Paddle and is never stored on HugeAddons servers.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

HugeAddons does not warrant that:

  • The plugin will be compatible with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments
  • The Services will be free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times
  • The Services will meet your specific business requirements

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website and data. HugeAddons strongly recommends testing any plugin update on a staging environment before applying it to a production site.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUGEADDONS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, WEBSITE DOWNTIME, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HugeAddons and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Any content or data you process through or in connection with the plugin

15. Termination and Suspension

HugeAddons reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license and account at any time, with or without notice, if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse
  • Redistribute or share the Pro plugin or license key in violation of these Terms
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

Upon termination, your license to use the Pro plugin is immediately revoked and you must deactivate and uninstall the plugin from all websites. No refund will be issued for terminations due to Terms violations.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination date.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at https://hugeaddons.com/support-ticket/ to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

For EU/EEA users: You may also have the right to submit a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Paddle (payments), Elementor (page builder), and various WordPress ecosystem tools. HugeAddons is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

HugeAddons is not affiliated with Automattic, Elementor Ltd., or any other third party whose products are referenced in our marketing or documentation, unless explicitly stated.

18. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (https://hugeaddons.com/privacy-policy/) and Refund Policy (https://hugeaddons.com/refund-policy/), constitute the entire agreement between you and HugeAddons regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
